Working on the touch control unit of my Super A, The service manual says to use crocus cloth to get any burs & nick off the o-ring grooves and such. I haven't been able to find it here. Is this a very fine emery cloth? If so what grit? Am wanting to get it right so we don't have to go back into this mamma! Thanks, John Risher.

Hi, Crocus cloth was like 1000 grit and was made of ferous oxide. Years ago we used it to polish surfaces on computer tape parts. I think I have seen 900 grit aluminum oxide paper at the auto parts store in the car paint and body filler section.
The 900 grit would probably be a close enough match.

Good luck
JB
