does anyone know the proper valve seat angle on the head for the valve seats ? It looks like a 45 but I want to be sure beffore I re cut them.

If it looks like 45 degrees, then that is what they are. You may want to set the angle 1/2 to 1 degree from nominal, this will ensure a better seal when you lap them in.
