Pulled valve cover off and noticed a small hole in the oil tube that goes across the top of the rocker arms. Apears to have been drilled in there. Or is this hole suppose to be there? Should I be concerned? Tractor has good oil presure 60 when cold 30to 35 when hot. The hole is over the valves on # 1 cylinder.

That hole is supposed to be there. I beleive there is more than one. These holes suck the fumes out of the valve cover into a tube on the back of the head which leads to the air cleaner inlet pipe. This helps to get rid of moisture in the valve train area.
