neither, evedently no one has parts, ive looked all over for pto related parts and bearings which ofcourse you probably wount need for a puller, but johndeere always has parts, with almost nothing obsolete, i have looked all over the country side and interned trying to find bearings and parts for my farmall 560 d with almost no luck, and getting sick of looking.

A gas would probably be better, they are a little easyer to work on and cost less to fix and its also cheaper to get more HP out of then a diesel.
