I have a 48 Farmall H 6v syste that I've been working on for a couple weeks now. History... Tractor ran about 2 years ago but it was inproperly stored and Engine was "stuck". Soaked it for a while and managed to free up the engine. Main problem now is no spark at the plugs. This is a I'm wondering if it could have jumped time when freeing up the engine. Any trouble shooting suggestions would be appeciated. Thanks in advance.

Most likely the points have oxidized; use a point file, 600 grit silicone carbide abrasive or a point file (even a dollar bill) to clean the points and then use an evaporating spray to remove the grit.
Don't look for serious problems until the easy things have been checked out.

Even if it had jumped time you would still have spark, and its also not likely to have jumped time either. Your problem is probably bad points, condenser and cap and rotor, caps like to go bad from sitting for long periods of time and can loose the spark because of cracks. I'd replace cap, rotor, points and condensor, I always do that when getting and engine going that has sat for any linght of time just to make sure there isn't a problem in that area.

Is the rotor in the distributor turning ? Does the rotor point to the #1 wire on the cap when the timing mark is lined up with the pointer ? If so, check the points, condensor, and the coil.
