I just got a 46 IH pickup in my shop for restoration. Anybody know where to get stuff for these trucks? I will need a wiring harness, parking light lens, door gaskets, windshield gasket, and probably other stuff.

There's a place called Outback Parts and I think it's in Spokane, WA, that has a lot of old IH truck parts. I've gotten a number of parts from him for my '65 truck. Reasonably fast shipping too. If you'd like his phone number, I'll try to dig it up for you.

Thanks, I knew about Rhode Island Wiring. Very good stuff, very expensive. The parts place should prove helpful.
The truck belongs to a customer. His father bought it new, and until a few months ago, it was in a shed in california. No rust anywhere. People come in the shop and just stare at it.

There is a good old IHC Truck Forum at >oldihc.org<. There also is a Classic Truck section here on Yesterdays Tractors. The Old IHC site has a forum just for K and KB Internationals as well as forums for all other old IHC trucks.

Man, are you lucky! I'm hoping to restore an old rust bucket KB2 that is sitting in my father's cow pasture but yours doesn't look like it will take too much to get it beautiful again. I found these web sites recently that you might find helpful. I really love the way those 40s IHC trucks look.
