I saw a pic of a Farmall 100 in the photo section. He said there were only 135 made. Is this true? Did IH go right from the super A to the 140?

The only reference I have to go by is Guy Fay's "IH Tractor Data Book". It states that only 135 International 100's for years '54 - '56 Serial # 501-503 = 1954 504-574 = 1955 575-635 = 1956

Jeff: Must admit I took your word for it being a Farmall. It's a good honost mistake, no hard feelings. Still not sure I believe that 135 figure though. Those Industrials were just too common.

This is the International 100 not the Farmall 100.International had the industrial front axle.

Dale, You saw it exactly as I saw it. That is not a Farmall 100, but an International 100 making it an industrial which could indeed mean that they were small in numbers.

According to Guy Fayes Data Book, there were indeed 135 International 100s built, but Farmall 100's, there were over 17,300 built

Jeff: Certainly a lot more than 135, and even more than that in 55 alone. The Farmalls 100 and 130 both fall in between Super A and the 140. I don't know the exact production numbers but, I'm thinking about 18,000 - 100s and about 12,000 - 130s. I doubt if I'm off by more than 10%
