Have a Farmall H which is filled with antifreeze sludge. What do you guys use to clean out blocks, radiators, etc... And how do you clean it. Thanks,
Aaron

I like to use dry powder dishwasher detergent (the kind you use in a machine). Drain cooling system, throw in a tablespoon or so of detergent, refill with water, work tractor for several hours, drain - repeat, until you get clean drain water, flush with clear water same way, couple times. Gets almost all the sludge, etc.

I use vineagar and water 70% vineagar and 30 % water run the engine for about an hour, let it cool and then flush it out with water. It works better then the auto parts store flushes and is cheaper.
