Super MTA questions

I have the chance to buy most of a Super MTA, it is missing the engine but otherwise it is all there. The guy who has it does have a spare Super M block that he will sell with the tractor but will a M crank and head fit on the Super M block? I am trying to figure out how hard it will be to come up with the rest of the parts for the engine. The rest of the tractor is is decent shape, the sheet metal isn't bad except the grill is bent pretty badly and one of the bars is broken out of it, the tires are poor but it's never had fluid in it so the rims are solid. He will also include a new clutch and starter for it and I think he said the TA had been replaced not very long before the engine was taken out. He is asking $1,000 for it which doesn't seem too bad to me, the reason it is missing an engine is because a former owner was in the process of overhauling the engine and while the engine was at the machine shop somebody stole it.

M gas head #8060 or 8574 will be same as MTA.
M crankshaft will work but most had smaller main
and rod journals than MTA, some late M and all SM
had bigger journals. Both cranks will work in either block as long as the right bearings for crankshaft are used.Make sure to use a front cover
on engine that MTA hydraulic pump will bolt to.
