My M has a M&W live hydrolic pump on it so I hauled off and installed a powersteering motor off of an IH Cotton picker on it between the steering wheel and hood. The tractor has a 2 spool valve and a 3pt hitch. I tapped off the supply line just as it goes into the valve, and routed the discharge back into the old belly pump (used as a tank)The valve discharge goes into one side of the tank, and the power steering discharges into the other. I said all of that to say this,,,,, No power steering. I loosened the discharge from the motor down where it goes into the tank. Only had oil when I turned the wheel. ANY ideas or suggestions would be helpful!!

Thanks guys, I put a check valve that had a small hole drilled through the inside of it(in the blocking plate)and it worked great and saved me $75.00. Thanks again

If you'r using open center valve, fluid is just circulating with out presure. Try holding valve to
one side with hose blocked or implement raised or lowered all the way.If it doesn't work then you have low pres. or bad motor. If everything is okay
you need a priority valve before your hand valve.

See my webpage - you need a flow divider valve. The way you have it plumbed, oil will only go to the PS motor if you pull the hydraulic lever and deadhead the oil.
