I got a farmall corn planter with my cub and it is in pieces and scattered all over the floor in a old barn. anyone know any thing about them old 1 row corn planters...like how it works, how to assemble it and how much it could be worth?????

I have a 1 row corn planter on my cub also that I'm putting together There might be a book on it at the cub maunal site in the implement section for the cubs. I have a couple pictures that I could sent you via email it that would help It could be one of the following planters McCormick Cub-171 Blackland or Cub-172 Runner planter. You should have a planter hopper, fert hopper, These planters run off a chain system from the axle . You will need your cult brackets to support the planter part under the tractor, There is more but hard to describe, picture is worth a 1000 words hopes this helps you
