Seems like the posts here are of a common theme. I agree. I finally dipped my toe in the water of 'the other place'last week. Kinda ho-hum in my opinion. My heart is here.

Johnny: If you want a site MORE FARMALL than this you just may have to wait. At the Perley Gates, you may try discussing with St. Peter. A guy sent me a Farmall yarn about that site the other day. All Farmall parts are aparently free there.

Ben: Actually the guy that sent me that little story, I think added a few sentences to suit the fact I am a Farmall guy. St Peter was showing this 85 year old couple their new home and lifestyle, and everything was free. Lodging, food, entertainment. clothing and Farmall parts. The old man got quite upset with his wife. St Peter and the missus asked what was wrong. He replied," To think you kept me on those damn heart pills, blood presure pills, exercise, etc. for the past 20 years."

YT boards are super in my opinion, sometimes there are the whats it worth, and a few times some nonsence---but usualy it is kind of like asking dad a question, you get good advise. The main reason I harvest these sites are for advise on tractor related items, seldom do I go here for weather conditions. These guys are country folks at heart, and pride themselves on helping others. Dave NE Iowa

I bounce around between this one and the 8N forum and the green forum, own all three kinds, this one and the 8N always feel like home, check out the JD forum sometime, usually just tech or whats it worth questions, never any personal stories or good day on the tractor etc..But i do love this site.

I'm with you Cowman, don't know how you could get more Farmall than this. Over at that other site they deal with Trucks, Crawlers and CaseIH. Nothing Farmall about those items. Don't get me wrong they also discuss Farmall.

Cowman, Ditto. I thought I was a purest until I went into the RP site. Found out I aint the purest I thought I was. These guys seem to me too radical for my blood. But then I see some of the tractor pics they post and they arent any more tractor politically correct than the rest of us. They just think they are. To me, this site is as good as it gets.
