To get tractor running foward in high clearence codfiguration you will need 2 hole deck top and special shifter rails. These can be hard to find and are fairly big job to install.

Like Guy, I also have no suggestion on value, just whatever you want to pay. Just for information, the MV used drop housings with chain drives to get their height. On the cotton picker tractor the drop housings contain bull gears which reverse the direction of the tractor. MV was standard with high clear wide front axle. Cotton picker tractor uses single guide wheel.

It's not an MV, first of all- it's a cotton picker tractor, two very different things. No idea of value.
