Jim: It varies a lot on the area of country you are in has been a standard reply.. Many Super C's are in the low 2000 to 3000 range and a 230 should be in that top area.. A parade ready really sharp 230 with FH would temp me to go well over 3000 just because I want one.. the next guy may balk at 2500.. Ask your self just how strong a selling area are you in if you had to turn right around and sell it? Could you get your money back out fairly easy..then its fair priced for your area and that may be a good guide to go by.. Sorry Iam only ststing general range of price. Where are you located? Farm country or near large metro. My metro area supports "C" real well for hobby farms.. good luck.. harvey

I bought a farm and got the man to leave his 200 tractor with the farm. The tractor he bought new and never been left out side. It has fenders, and 2pt., it has the seat, tires, and battery box it came with from the factory. He also left the 2pt. plow and 2pt. disk, a 2 row front cultivator, all in the same shed and he bought new. Everything has the factory paint and good paint. How much is the package worth?

Jim: Harold H would know more stats on the 230 which was the last of the "C" line that started in 1948. It was a nice tractor.. The C, super C, 200 and then the 230 looked much the same with some improvements in each step up. I watched a 1954 SC with loader sell for $4100 last Oct and it was a real sharp tractor. In the Red Power Mag last issue, Mr Miller had a 230 in "good cond" for $2750.. Add for better condition and FastHitch etc.. Harold H..got any stats on the 230?? Thanks.. harvey

This summer I bought a 230 with pipe loader from a friend of mine who didn't need it anymore. All it needed was the loader welded and everything else works although it could use a quick scuff and paint to be tip top. I guess I got quite a deal for $1,000 considering that around here small tractors are always overpriced.

I got a 230 I've been trying to sell for the last year; with no luck. So your right location must have alot to do with demand.
