If possible, what needs changing to put a 300 Farmall utility engine in a Farmall H?

Timing cover needs switched and possibly steel plate behind it according to distributor drive your using. theres two size bolt patterns.Some of the bolts that hold cover on 300U are bigger diameter than row crop.corresponding holes in block or cover need modified,not difficult to do.
Be sure to use pulley that matches cover. Utility
timing mark will be off if used with row crop cover.If RC throttle linkage is used arm on governor needs changed.You decide on manifold & clutch. Good Luck
