Hi Pat,
I found what I believe is a IH Cutter on my land in Buckland MA.
I am contemplating getting it out of where it is and trying to get it running or possibly sell. One of my questions is will it fit my AC WD45. I saw some of the photos on ytmag and the photos of your cutter. It looks really similar. Any ways I was hoping you could give me some insight/ideas and whether or not its even worth my effort getting it out of where it is. I saw you live in MA and figured you'd be a good start. If you get this email I can send you a photo. take care...

You would have to modify it some, but it could be done easly I would think.

Pat: Bob is right, it is an H-16. There were A, B, C, H and M models of the 16 mower. In actual fact I think the H and M versions were the same and called the HM-16 mower. I know that is how it was designated with cultivators, plows, etc.

Definately not a 25V or 27V, the had caster wheels behind making them a semi mount.

take a look at the IHC 25V mowers under implement photos. That's what it looks like to me. I would guess that mower is worth $150-200 here in Mass. I paid $150 for a model 12 in simlar looking shape. Hazeltons in manchester NH can probably get you new parts for it. Fry's implement in PA might have used. If your trying to make hay a Mower conditioner is the way to go.

It should mount on any H or M. I paid $25 for mine at an auction.
