help from all you smart guys! i have a '64 706 gas. i never noticed it back when it was warm (-20 here today) the rear end squeaks when i move it after start up. only at slow speeds though, 1-4 low. if i let it warm up enough and take off in high it will squeak for a short time and quit and not do it again. i'm thinking outer bearings on the axles. yes i have greased them and even while it was moving. thanks

Does the tractor set outdoors? Sounds like the brakes. The out side bearing would be poping when it turns. My 806 did the samething a few years back. Mine is inside in the winter but moisture still gets in the brakes from sweating and a little rust gets on them. Check after about 10-20 min. of use and see if the brake covers are warm. Could be the brakes set to tight

Now that is a new one to me and i have had every nut and bolt out of that seires tractor. Do like i do and let it get aquainted and then fix it that way ya know what went wrong. I am not tryen to be a smat arras this one has me stumped. It could be ice in a brake or even a seal squeek. . OR and axel bearing like you said , put a jack under one side at atime and hold the other brake .
