Roger,Some of the things to look for are the SC has disc brakes, and a water punp, the gas tank sits higher,SC could have a Fast Hitch(but not all).Check the serial# under the seat on the right side and look it up on the left side of this page. Good luck they are a very nice tractor. KJM

The Super C will have disk brakes, a little taller grill, curved brake and clutch pedals. And some of the Super C's have a fast hitch.Oh and the super a water pump as origonal equipment. Although a C could have one added on.

Paul haven't seen the SC in action plowing snow yet this winter,I know you have gotten enough on at least a couple of occasions {my truckin' buddies from Joplin and Springfield keep me informed about the weather} We just got our first snow this winter Monday night only 2" but that is enough if you are driving in it. I live on the east side of the state at Jackson. Tom

Around Springfield we have not had enough snow to cover the ground yet. We have just had a few very light dustings. But it has been colder than a well diggers foot.We have had a few big rains that if the temp would have dropped a few degrees we would have been dumped on.

Paul, has been about the same on the east side of the state. Will probably wait until I get to Springfield the third weekend of March to really dump on you. Oh nice looking pickup you have too. Tom

The one on the right in the picture is the Super C in case you can't read the decal's. Notice the extra space from the hole for the crank to the ribs in the grill. The Super C has a taller grill. P.S. Nice looking C's Paul.

Easiest way is to look at the grill. The distance between the lower seam and the first (bottom) opening in the middle section is more than twice as far on the Super C. About 2" vs 3/4". Go to the Photo archives on this site and search for Farmall C and Farmall Super C, you will "C" the difference

Several pages of this in the archives -- there are several differences, but the easiest id for you is that the C has straight clutch and brake pedals, the Super C's are curved. The serial number (plate on right side of tool box) has 5 digits on the C, 6 on the Super C.
