When its cold out and i start the tractor the pto starts spinning and the levers is diengaged a while later it stops. also when it real cold out the hydrolics dont work do you know what cause these problems?

PTO probably turning because of cold hy/tran fluid, no hydraulic sounds like you need a change of the hy/tran fluid and new filter. Don't forget to clean the screen good also. Good Luck PUTTER

The spinning PTO is just the gears in the tranny churning the really cold and thick gear lube, spinning the shaft. You should be able to grab right on to it and stop it. This is normal. The hydraulic problem sounds like you need to run a thinner oil. The H and M call for SAE 30 non detergent motor oil, but in winter I run "el cheapo" hydraulic oil. No problems and works right off the bat. Good luck!
