I've seen this Super C parked near a greenhouse for that last 5 years, just never stopped to ask about it. Last Ausust I stopped and the Mrs. was there she said that her husband didn't want to sell it but she sure wanted it out of there. About 2 months later she called and said her husband was thinking about it, if I still interested in it she would have her husband give me a call. Well he finally called and said he wasn't really trying to sell it that I should stop and look it over and make him an offer. Upon inspection I found that it was a complete tractor, engine free, wide front, 2 point with mounted cultivators. My 11 year old son fell in love with it and told me this was the tractor he had be dreaming of for his first tractor. Called him up, explained that this was the tractor my son would like for his first tractor but funds were limited and offered him $750.00. He said he had around $3,000.00 in it, would I give him $1,000.00? Of course I jumped on it. So now my son and I have a project, shouldn't take to much to get it running. We now have a new addition to our fleet. It was a good day in Boulder, Colorado.

Sounds like a great buy. I know how much your son likes those tractors. He must be on cloud nine! Is that an Oliver I see parked at your place?

I've doen the parade a couple of times with my 560 for our church. The Kenetics Parade is fun also and usually warmer. Jay has three heifers we will need to have bred soon. I should have just bought that bull of yours.

Hey Curt, how ya doing? Yes that's an Oliver at the place, it belongs to a friend. He left it there after The Boulder Parade of Lights. My son's BSA Troop decorates wagons to look like sleighs and they ride in them, it's a kick! I pulled two wagons with my SMTA and he pulled one with his 770 Oliver. You going to want to bring the heifer over to run with the bull again?

Super C. Ask for it by name. Great find! I hope you love yours half as much as I love mine!

That is great news. Congratulations on your new tractor. This will be something your son remembers forever. Here is a shot of my oldest son helping pump a tire on my model A ford doodlebug, in 1978.
