I am the guy that posted a message about how I got
taken by a deal I was involved in by a small salvage dealer in Kindred ND.

Hugh Mckay, I think that is his name, really let me have it, he even used capital letters!

Well, I have been wanting to post the pictures I have that will support my reason for being so upset. I am not smart enough to figure out how to do it, so am waiting for my wife to get home from Arizona, which will be a few more days. Anyhow, she is the brains in this family, and will have to figure it out for me.

This will be like Paul Harvey and THE REST OF THE STORY!!

Terry: Your single biggest problem is you are not very good with words. Just think about this a minute, you had at least one, may be two of these guys thinking you were trying say I lived in Kindred ND. You can not come on any public forum, saying unkind words about about others unless you are prepared to back it with a complete and thoruogh description of the problem. Furthermore every time you raise this issue you must go through that complete and thorough description in your peramble. There will always be someone that didn't see the original posting, and question what you are even talking about. To most of us that read the thread a couple of days back you were just bad mouthing Mitchell without just cause.

My advice to you is find someone who will help you word this problem with Mitchell, and put it out in a fair and just manner. I know what you are going through, I did not learn to write like I do from highschool or college. I was very fortunate to have a daughter in honors English program at what is probably the best University in Canada. Believe me I was almost as terrible with words as you are.

Mitchells see this type of problem on ocasion I'm sure. To them dealing with you is a no win situation. The only choice they have is ignor you, and just may be you will go away. You get this problem worded properly, but before you bring it to us, take it to Mitchell.

Couldn't you just retell your story?

Why all the cloak and dagger?

RETELL it you say..... Heck, He hasn't told it the first time yet. Seems to me that that was the crux of the matter in the first place. Terry expected everyone to read between the lines rather than give anyone any facts. Hugh Mackay was simply alluding to that fact.

Dave, I think you are reading Terry wrong here. As I read his post, he's saying that he had posted some negative findings on the folks in Kindred, and that Hugh had taken him to task for it. I don't recall the post, so I can't comment further, but I don't think he was implying anything negative about Hugh, just that he and Hugh had a disagreement.

Hugh Mackay is NOT from Kindred, ND - he is up in Canada and he would not have any bad business dealings, trust me on that one.

Email me the pictures and I can get them posted up for you if you want...

Steven: Correction, from North Dakota I am down south, Here in not sunny SW Ontario, we are on the same paralell with Northern California. Heaven help us you would never know it this past two weeks.

Terry is refering to the fact he has been quite critical of Mitchell's in Kindred ND. The problem however is top secret. We just suggested he either state some hard facts or dry up. Allthough I obviously don't know the firm Mitchell, from Kindred ND, I have seen the name mentioned a few times on forums and never in a derogatory way.

Thanks for the offer, I know that Hugh isn't from
ND. I am sorry if I implied that he was.
