I WORKED AT A GOODYEAR TIRE STORE FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND WHAT HAD BEEN DONE IN THE PAST (YEARS AGO)WAS IF YOU HAVE A STONE DRIVE WAY, JUST MOVE THE VALVE TO THE BOTTOM AND USING A PAIR OF CHANNEL LOCK PLYERS, REMOVE THE WATER VALVE STEM - NOTE:(CAREFULLY AS NOT TO BREAK OR TWIST IT OFF) AND LET IT DRAIN OUT THAT WAY. REMEMBER THAT IT IS A SALT BASE AND WILL KILL GRASS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT IT FLOWS ON--ALSO WILL SHRINK LEATHER SHOES--I FOUND THAT OUT TOO!!! THEN REPLACE THE WATER VALVE, (MAYBE GOOD IDEA TO REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE) THEN AIR IT UP TO 18 - 20 LBS. BEFORE MOVING THE TRACTOR. THE CORRECT WAY WOULD BE TO CALL A TIRE SERVICE PLACE THAT SERVICES FARM TIRES AND HAVE THEM COME OUT AND PUMP IT OUT. BE AWARE THAT YOU WON'T GET ALL OF IT OUT ETHER WAY BUT YOU WILL GET THE MAJORITY OF IT OUT.

I got an adaptor for the stem and a 55 gallion plastic barrel and a drill pump and pump it out my self and I also pump it back in for my self. As far as just dumping it on the ground I wouldn't for 2 reasons it kills the ground and in some places if some one see you you could be in trouble wirh DNR or conservation dept
