I have been on here earlier referring to a trans-action that I was unhappy with. You have asked me to reveal who this business is. I was reluctant at the time because I thought I could resolve the issue based on what they said they would do.

Well, they have not done what they said they would do, and I have given them a year to act.

When I figure out how to add the pictures that I have taken to this forum, you will see why I have this concern about Mitchell's Tractors that are located just a few miles from Kindred North Dakota. They are members of the Min-Dak chapter
#26 IH collectors club.

I have their email address somewhere, and will post that at a later date when I post the pictures.

I can't wait to see them at the next show where they are vendors!

I plan to post the pictures that I have every 3 months just as a reminder. I don't want you all to think that I am suffering from alzheimers!

Terry: I first looked at this early this morning. At that point I figured it was a follow up to an earlier thread that I didn't read. Now 12 hours later it is quite clear no one knows your problem with these people. It is now painfully clear the only person you are making a fool of is Terry. LOUD AND CLEAR

I have been on tractor forums now for close to 4 years, read a lot more discussion than I take part in, so that is a lot of reading. I have seen the name Mitchell of Kindred ND few times, never in derogatory way.

Terry, Nobody wants a bad transaction, however, nobody here on this forum is in any position to resolve it for you. All we know is that you have a problem, and nothing more, and if we did, how can you expect anyone here to make a judgement without knowing the other side of the issue. I don't know these people in Kindred N.D. but if I were in their shoes, I would be less apt to try to work anything out with you had I learned that you broadcast the problem here rather than settle it amoung the relevant parties. My gut feeling is that being members of a club, that they aren't out to swindle you, anymore than you are out to gain an unfair advantage over them in the transaction. I hope you can work it out, Good Luck.

You need to explain what the problem is with the transaction between you and these people. You sound adamant, but to name this business in a discussion forum as a caveat to others and then not explain what the problem is, doesn't seem completely fair. To the uninformed IH forum browser, your post doesn't give you immediate credibility. We think - ok they had a promblem maybe the seller is wrong, maybe the buyer is wrong. Maybe both. Food for thought. Nick

I bought a WD6 from them late summer and I can't
complain any. He was very honest with me about the tractor before I bought it. Good luck.

From what I read here Terry is either a kid or does suffers from alzheimers! He certainly does't tell a very complete let alone convincing story. My take.
