Have a 1466 that when I place the lever in the raise position it takes a while to start lifting. I also noticed that when I placed in the raise position and move the auxilary valve it raises perfectly. Please help me diagnosing the problem.
Thank You

Mario The hydraulics on the 1466 has a load valve under the seat for the hitch and I would say the o ring or seat of the valve is bad. take the cover of that is below tthe seat and there will be a big plug behind the cover in the right hand seat support that is the load valve take it out and inspect it. Hope this helps.

Thank You Ace for writing back. Today I took the plug off and the little piston that goes inside. I cleaned real good and placed in back. I admit that the o-ring on the outside seem to be a little worn but I didn't replaced it because the dealership was closed. Anyway, after placing it all back the hydraulic system starting working great, but after lowering and lifting it a couple of times with excitment it started doing the same thing. I am thinking that if I replace the o-rings the problem might be solved. Once again I thank you.

Hi Mario, check on the load valve for a small orifice, may be this orifice is plugged. Blow air to remove dirt. Bernard le mécano Québec Canada
