The 3 point hitch was lifting this summer. I havn't used it in months and now it won't lift.
I have checked the obvious, lots of oil, lever etc.
Any ideas what my problem would be? Maybe a stuck relief Valve?

When I start mine up in cool weather, even around 50, the three point doesn't immediately work. Letting it run for a few minutes, sometimes 15 or so, with the lift lever in the up position, suddenly, the lift rises. Then we go to work. Any temp over 70, I get instant response right at start up. I don't know how cold it is where you are, but you may have a similar situation, just wait for it to warm up good. 'Luck.

Is the cutoff valve down in front of the seat in the proper position for the lift to work ?
It happened to me on my 444, took me an hour or so to figure it out. Had a family reunion and apparently one of the kids switched the valve on me.

possible water contamnination in hyd oil? froze up? Try to park it in a heated garage overnight and try it. If It does work after this, heat up the hyd. system good and change the oil and filter.

Hi, had a 434D with loader and one winter that it was very cold -25F for 2 or 3 weeks in a row, the loader would not lift unless the tractor was running for hour or more. The other solution was to pour hot water on the loader hydraulic control valves. It was so cold that winter the hydraulic oil never got hot enough to get rid of the moisture caused by condensation and would freeze in the control valves at night. Should have added some GM/Delco automatic transmission fluid as it has an anti moisture additive.
