On the narrow front there is supposed to be a way to adjust the camber (pitch) of the wheels. Can anyone explain it to me?

Years ago my father inlaw had a f30 that they changed the front wheels on to have a camber like a M he said that it steered so much better and didn"t spin the wheel out of your hand.

Didn't the insallation of 'the wedge' between the upper & lower bolster effect camber? My nickel Dick Davis
