In my opinion, USC is the champ. Evidently three coaches in the BCS poll share that opinion.

Being from Mississippi, I'm not an LSU fan, however I think they deserve the National Title. They have a great team and I think probably the best coach in the nation. I figured they were headed to the top when they hired him. congrats to them.

Saban is good, he was great at Michigan State, and would have taken them to a title...But LSU wanted to spend more..WHAts sad is that Saban took MSU to the Citrus bowl, then left...had to get another person to coach the bowl game...we won! We beat UF...so it was ok..but now MSU has John L. Smith, who, in my mind is just as good if not better than Saban.

well see!

This New York Stater tips his hat to the LSU Tigers and is happy for all Tiger fans! What a game, what a defense, what a coaching job! I watched it from beginning to end. I've seen LSU play several times this year and also saw USC play a couple of times too. In my estimation, there should be no doubt about LSU being number one. Tiger fans, enjoy yourselves!

Right, they played OU, USC didnt make the cut.
USC played errr....Kansas State? I think a few nights ago. They won...

Ill say this much, Saban really managed the clock in the last few minutes. Stoops got his spirit broken a few times, but bounced back in the end, just not far enough.
