Got my 806 at the local body man who paints lots of tractors mostly W9's M's 1066's etc. He has never painted a grill on a 806 before. The first thing we noticed was the white grilling is rivited on from the back side. What is the best and simplest way to paint this grill like it is suppost to be??? We do need to remove the screening since the guy who had it before painted it all red.

Yes, the white screen is riveted to the cast grille framework. Before painting mine, I chiseled off the rivets to separate the screen from the casting. Then I painted the screen white and the casting red. Then I drilled out the rivets and tapped the holes and used machine screws to reassemble. Very simple.
