Thanks to all that offered info. He wants to restore this to the original cond., and says the Super MTA has a stamp on the motor Identifying it for a MTA only. The motor that is in it is running, but I think he said the block was cracked or something... Thanks Again, Todd

450 block will bolt right in.

450 block will bolt right in, but.....It won't have the right cubic inch stamped in the side. An super M, SuperM-ta, Super w-6,Super W6ta, or Farmall 400 will have the 264 Engine. But if that does not matter, a M thru 450 will fit.

It should be the same asa Super M engine, 264.
