Radiator gasket is available from Case-IH dealers. or try Carter & Gruenewald online. The touch control system could have several issues from a bad pump, to being low on fluid. Does it whine when the engine is running?

Pull the touch control pump @ the front left of the engine and see if the pump drive gear & nut are still there.
