Remember, Santa's Sled is Red! I do not know if it is a Farmall or an International but I do know it is RED.

My neighbor tried to tell me it was a Massey, but we all know better, besides I told him that it would take a Farmall to Pull a Massey, so why bother with the Massey in the first place. Just crank up the Farmall and get those toys delivered.

Hey Mitchell, -That FARMALL "M" has a "DEERE CATCHER" mounted on the front end too! You know, like a cow catcher on a freight train engine. It kinda pushes those lame Deere out of his way. AND TO ALL A MERRY FARMALL CHRISTMAS!

Santa's sled is a FARMALL M with a TA so he can pull a 650bu hopper wagon full of presents with no problems!

Your all wrong, Santa Drives a Wheel Horse! of course...lol

This is a member story from a Wheel Horse club I belong to, hope you enjoy!

There are somr things mentioned here that if you dont know wheel horses, dont make sense.
1. the old RJ-58 is very rare, and usually parted out.
2. Dont bother with names, there alot of inside jokes througout the whole thing. 3. Lawn Ranger is a very small wheel Horse that can pull just about anything...lol
4. The Suburban 400 has the engine right between your legs...so it gets warm... And it belongs to Ed...lol Youll get it..

You get the idea..

Did I ever tell ya' 'bout the time Santa didn't hear the weather forcast before leavin' the North Pole ?

Well it seems Santa wus havin' trouble with the reception on his Sears weather radio (did I say Sears ?) and didn't get to hear 'bout the "big storm" headed across North America . So here it wus Santa and the reindeer pullin' the sleigh full of presents down from the North Pole and started to go across North Dakota when all of a sudden ..... a big snow storm blew across the prairie knockin' Santa's sleigh over and leavin' him stranded in a ditch ! Dazed and a little bruised Santa began to look over the situation , the one runner on the sleigh was broken and the reindeer were a terrible mess ! Donner and Blitzen had broken antlers , Comet and Cupid had their reins all tangled together and Rudolf's head wus buried and still had his butt jus' stickin' out of the snow . This was not good for Santa exspecialy since he didn't bring his tool box or even a jack to repair the sleigh . After sittin' there a good long while Santa began to hear a noise and he saw a small red dot on the snowy horizion ..... this red dot wus gettin' louder and kinda movin' pretty fast too ! The next thing ya' know Santa is cover with snow again ..... not by another snow storm but the rooster tail from a Wheel Horse Safari snowmobile ! The Safari snowmobile turns 'round and stops to see what has happened with Santa , the snowmobile driver says "My name is Mike .... Whatcha doing way out here ?" So Santa tells Mike what the storm did , how the sleigh is broken and the reindeer were in bad shape . Ya ya you betcha' your in bad shape . said Mike . That old antique sled and reindeer ain't gonna make the trip for ya' BUT I might have some friends that can help ya'! So Mike takes off on the Wheel Horse Safari snowmobile an heads straight fer his house , once inside he tells his wife to get off Ebay 'cause he needs to put out an emergancy post on Yahoo Wheel Horse Group ! He stops and thinks to himself a minute ..... now how am I gonna write an emergancy post an get every ones attention ? Well it didn't take him long to write the needed post ..... he wrote FER TRADE (1) a RJ-58 in perfect condidtion fer ten minutes worth a work with snowblower , snow plow , front end loader ..... oh uh an 40 foot of 5/8 loggin' chain . signed Ya ya you betcha' Mike. Well it didn't take long fer this post to make it into the chat room and in no time at all there wus Wheel Horses with single an two stage snow blowers , ARK loaders , Kwick Way loaders , 40 an 50 inch grader blades , snow plows of every lenth ..... 54 , 56 , 42 an even some guy who had a 38 inch snow plow blade on a Lawn Ranger that wus still sleepy from an all night chat room session. Now the folks who brought all the equipment wus wonderin' jus' were this RJ-58 in perfect condidtion wus ..... so thinkin' real quick Mike say's Santa has it in the back of sleigh out on the snow covered prairie ! And then Mike took his finger and pointed north . Well it didn't take long for all the Wheel Horses to line up behind a 520-H with a two stage snow blower and head north through the snow covered prairie . Well poor ole Santa saw the on coming Wheel Horse convoy and thought OH NOOO a "snow tornado" is a comin' my way ! Not ta' worry folks it wus jus' the two stage snow blower throwin' the snow outa' the way . Once the guys all got there an looked the situation over it jus' didn't look good fer the sleigh an reindeer ..... sooooo the sleigh wus replaced with a Wheel Horse dump cart minus the wheels .... it could jus' slide on the bottom of the cart well till Santa hits Cincinnati then the wheels would be put back on . Santa wus lookin' at a shiney red Suburban 400 and said "Ya' know ifn's I had one of these my legs wouldn't get soooo dang cold and with that the Suburban 400 wus hooked to the dump cart ..... . but the Suburban didn't quite have enough speed to get the job done . The guys all told Santa that fer the most part all Wheel Horses have the same speed ..... well ya' know 'cause they're made fer pullin' not speed ..... .. but then Santa spied a "blue glow" from one of the little Wheel Horse Lawn Ranger's ..... . why it's blue hood wus so shiney some would even say it glows ! How's 'bout that one Santa said . Santa walked over to the little blue hooded Wheel Horse an said " Blue Lawn Ranger with ya' hood so bright will ya' guide my dump cart tonight ? Now the other Wheel Horses knew what ta' do next .....they started to plow a path through the snow covered prairie headin' south . Santa had to give the snow blowin' plowin' gradin' Wheel Horse a several mile head start 'cause once the Blue Lawn Ranger got's a movin' .....well it could cover some ground !
Welllll Santa did get all the presents delivered that Christmas ..... but what 'bout the RJ-58 that's in prefect condidtion ???? Shooooot I had ta' make that part of the story up ...after all who really believes a perfect condidtion RJ-58 exsits ..... . er uh oh yeah there is one part ..... ifn's any body is in that part of North Dakota stop by and pick Ed up ... sorry buddy only rider per tractor ..... . Santa jus' didn't have the room !
MERRY CHRISTMAS

Oh, it was A man named Bill who wrote this..

Actually, it is a classic McCormick-Deering, originally painted gray, but up-graded by the dealer in 1937 and repainted RED. HO HO HO MERRY CHRISTMAS
