My dads 504 hydro pump is makeing a wineing nose and the lift is real slow.I checked the fluid level at the pluge and it is full.just wondering what could be wrong.Thanks for any advice.Merry Christmas to all!

Change/clean any hydraulic filters. Also the fluid could have water in it. Does it look milky ? I Had quite a bit of whine in my front pump on my 444. Changed the fluid and it worked much quieter and better.

I would start with changing the filter. Hopefully it is clogged up and starving the pump. Mine did something similar but it was low on fluid.
