I'v seen two different weights listed for Farmall A. One is about 1800 Lbs. the other is about 3750 Lbs. Whats right? 1800 my guess. Also, could that tractor (with hydraulics) handle a loader bucket? If not whats the best way to move snow with it (confined buy concrete retaining walls) Any good sheet metal sources? Do the pto and belt pulley only turn when driving? and what could/would I do with the belt pulley? Hey, I'm new at this but I'll catch on. Lots more question but I will ease into them. Thanks

The super A had a loader like this. But with just a standered A a push blade is about it unless you put hydrulics on it.

1800 lbs sounds about right for a shipping weight, no wheel weights, no liquid in tires etc. 3750 sounds high, even ballasted down for tillage.
There are loaders made to work on a Farmall A, so yes, you can put one on.
The PTO and belt pulley only work when the lever beside the seat is engaged and the clutch is out.
Belt-driven equipment was very common on farms 50 years ago, not so common nowadays. Buck saws, hammer mills, threshers, balers & other things were belt powered.
