I have two cubs that I am thinking about selling. The 54 model runs great and has a 5ft belly mower. I put a new clutch, rear main seal, throwout bearing, drive shaft and upper rearend seals in it in the last year or so. It has a 5ft IH belly mower which I refurbished recently. Good sheet metal everywhere..

The 64 model has a badly rusted out 5ft belly mower. It runs well but needs a new muffler and tail pipe. Also it is not charging the battery. May be wired wrong or the gen may be bad. I havent had time to check it out yet. The front grill is dinged and the mesh is shot. I plan to put a new muffler and tail pipe on and fix the charging problem before I sell.

What would be a fair asking price for these cubs?

I want to buy a Super A with a 5ft belly mower and wonder it anyone has one close to Huntington, WV. Thanks, Mark

I bought a 1951 Farmmall Cub this last summer and it has great sheet metal, runs great, good tires, and doesn't leak any fluids. it had the manual lift on it, no mower deck. I paid $1050 for it. I've seen them priced higher though.

Where are you located? I would be ok with selling the 64 for sure and then beginning the search for a super A. The 54 I may hang onto til I can make a deal for the SA, then I would sell.

Thanks, Mark
