I've got a 1936 F-20 on full steel and plan on tearing the motor down this winter and finish a rebuild. I'm in need of some sleeves and pistons and my past searches have lead me no where. Surely a company or someone sells the sleeves, pistons and rings. Desperate for any information or ideas. Thanks Jim

just bought new sleeves last winter from Kiisinger Engine service 686 Kinsinger Rd.

He has lots of parts new and used, but only can be reached by snail mail. Hope this helps.

Would like to thank the gentlemen that have replied so far. Rice didn't seem like they were able to help me when it came to the sleeves or pistons. I never thought about putting a dry sleeve inside a wet sleeve. I will have to check on that option at the engine shop. Has anyone had new sleeves made for their tractor? I'm sure they are costly but was hoping someone knew of a rebuild kit or knew of someone making after market parts. These old tractors don't seem to get much attention by the way of parts anymore.

Jim, Give Clyde Berkshire of Berkshire Implement a call. He advertises new F-20 sleeves and pistons in Red Power Magazine. Phone # is 219-643-3115.

Clyde would be the man to call. When I restored my 39 F20 most of the parts came from him. Some say he is a little high on price, but I thought he was pretty fair. Good luck

Josh

I wasn't able to find f-20 sleeves or pistons anywhere. They are very expensive if you can run across a set. I ended up reusing my pistons by having thin wall sleeves pressed in the existing sleeves. They thin wall sleeves were then bored to match the pistons. Works so far.

Rice Equipment (814) 226-9200 should have most of the parts you need.
