somehow the other day when my brother was helping pull my 706 accross a greasy yard the chain got off the frame rail and onto my power steering lines. so here my tractor is imobile. its about 5 miles from my house, on a windy hilltop,so i dont want to spend tomuch time working on it. the lines are flexible to the front of the block, and turns to solid there. the sold is what got messed up. the two lines go up under the radiator and hook onto some sort of bango fitting. my question is, will steel brake line stand up to power steering presure? if it is i will just solder some new into the fittings, and flare the other end. i dont know how i get myself into these things sometimes, but i dont know what id do if i didnt. thanks for any info

Maybe just go to a salvage yard and get another set.
