I have a Farmall 340. I can't seem to get it to run very many hours without the plugs fouling. I have switched to hotter plugs as the dealer suggested but that didn't solve the problem. Could the coil be something that could cause the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Some of the causes for your condition is a problem with the carb or oil getting past the rings and up into the combustion chamber or valve guides worn. Does the tractor have black smoke or blueish color smoke? Black usually indicates too rich a fuel mixture, Blueish means its burning oil.
