Can anyone tell me how to test a B magneto coil at home? Thanks

If coil is out of mag, I can't help you.

If its in the magneto, spin the drive wheel the direction of resistance. I usually use an adjust-able wrench cause turning it by hand is almost
impossible. With a wire coming out of the coil, hold it about a quarter inch from the mag and see if the spark makes the trip. Spark should be easy to see and the bluer, the better.

I usually wrap the mag with a rag and put it in a vice.
