I realy do not think it is all that fussy. I've seen lots of them run overfull to add capacity to the lift and no problems.

Yep, it's basically a seat of the pants thing for me, if the tractor won't quite get the loader to the top, add more oil. If the oil squirts out the fill tube when you let the loader back down,you must have put in too much, won't hurt anything, just makes a mess.

reminds me a story rusty, My friend was wearing a brand new stetson hat when a hose blew on the loader. Oops.
