Hi Kevin the tube was under the platform on the tractor left side. The mower we had on our 230 was a pitman mower I don't know how a 2 point bal head is set up so let us try. does you mower have a bellcrank across the mower left to right with a link down to lift the bar on the right and on the left a place to hook a hyd. cyl. or a link to a lift on the tractor which a 230 does not have. On the mower for a 230 this lever sticks up about 12 or14 inches?? with a chain on it with the peg on the other end, when the 2point is raised the chain tighens up and lifts the bar. E-Mail me and we cam discuss it some more. king2741@peoplepc.com
