my 706 has a 2 point on it. ive been looking at a couple sets of cheap semi mounts for it,and i need a bale spear on it. i dont have a set of 2 to 3 point adapters, but have had experience with themand i wasnt to impressed with the hooking up process. any how it seems that implements for this size tractor are cheaper and easier to find in 3 point form. so i was wondering if anyone had any idea what the whole 3 point set up is worth, and how much trouble it would be to switch. thanks in advance for any info.

I have the adapters for 2 to 3 point that I use and like. But look for those that are the quick- tach type that makes hook up easy from the tractor seat. I think I paid about 150 dollars for them.

For the bale spear on the two point, with a 5 foot dia. bale it is hard to get the lift height and cannot tip when lifting. I use a hyd. cylinder instead of the upper link and able to tilt the bale for carrying. Works great.

Buy the fast hitch to 3 point adapter kit. You'll be able to keep all of the great features of Fast Hitch (lateral stability for one) and its easy to switch back to FH.
