this is a copy of the below post i made earlier. i realized the title there might be a little misleading considering the other post below it.i put live hyd on this 45 H a few years ago. always used the belly pump for oil supply. eventho i never had a problem always wanted more capacity. made this storage tank and mounted it over the rear axel to the 3pt i have on the tractor. measures 16"tall X 8" wide X 12"deep. holds a little over 6 1/2 gallons.

What are you using for the live pump parts? What did you have to do to fit it all on the standard H?

bought a new pump for a 300, front engine cover/plate for a 300 (used), - not a major problem to install. pull front end out, remove timeing cover, pull timing gears from engine, replace the front plate, reinstall gears, install front cover. bought everything i needed at Bates corp. bourbon indiana. this is not a particularly cheap route, but for me it was worth it. cost between $750 - $850 for 2 spool valve, remotes, hyd lines, pump and cover. HOWEVER, i all ready had 3 pt on it and it would take a whole lot more to buy a tractor that will do what this one will do.
