i bought a 706 a few months ago. when i pull the ta back it hesitates a few seconds before it locks into low. it goes into high as it should. i just changed the hytran and filter. it works a couple seconds quicker now. does this mean i have a bad ta, or is this a dump valve adjustment, or broken o rings somewhere?thanks nate

Good advice but also run a presure check on it as the MCV pump may be getting weak or the springs are weak , When i do a T/A job i replace the pump and also add a new spring kit as i have found that the springs have lost the correct length and tenshion.

Nate make sure the TA is adjusted right and make sure the the TA shift valve is going down to the snap ring when direct and comeing up all the way in TA if so I would say the sprag clutch is going bad. When you shift do it quick.
