What would be a good deal on a 1939 F-30 that runs & is complete & solid but needs restored.

Good question....i've been looking at F-30's myself....I've Seen STUCK 30's....for $1,200-1,800...but i've also seen and drove nice ones for for that same price range.depends on wheels...if they are on round spokes..they go higher it seems...nearly ready to buy one myself...worried about hauling around...they are too wide.?
good luck.
Luke

You will need a trailer or truck that has the deck over the wheels for maximum width. An F20 or F30 will not fit on a car trailer. unless it is the narrow tread model.

An F-20 will fit on a car trailer if you take the wheels off and skid the Bull Gear housing on planks. I've hauled several this way. You can use put the wheels beside the engine and use them to balance your trailer.
