how do you plumb a m with belly pump to operate a double acting cylinder?

Allen use one of the pressure ports from the belly pump and go to the in port on a two way valve and from the out or tank port back to the belly pump fill or drain plug. when you want to use the 2 way lock the belly lever back for raise then use the 2 way, if you want to use the belly pump lock the 2 way one way or other.
