I have a IH 1955 300 utility tractor and it has a spare hydralic valve mounted on the hydralic oil tank under the seat. What was this intended for? The rear valve is used for the hitch. Thanks

I figured the spare valve was for other uses. I am going to pipe to the rear for a remote. I also noticed that the valve seems like it is stuck. There is no valve action when you pull the leaver. I will have to take it apart and clean it up.

My 300 Utility has three hydratouch valves. Like you mentioned, one is for the fast hitch and the other two were for external hydraulics. I have plumbed these two to the rear of my 300. My blade has a hydraulic side shift and leaveling wheel 4 feet behind the blade. With the tail wheel you have perfect control of the blade height.
