I purchased an M with the M & W hand clutch a few month's ago, and it worked great for a while. Then it seemed to start slipping. The other day it finally quit. If I push the handle forward with a lot of force it will pull ahead, but only if I push it forward hard. Do you guy's know if it is just out of adjustment, or does it need replaced. And where can I get some info. on the M & W hand clutch? Thanks in advance. M. K.

If it's just slipping because of to little pressure, you can remove the small side cover and there is a large nut facing you that should be tightened to require ~30-40lbs of hand pressure to pull or push the lever. The nut will have a locking tab on it also. If it's not that, next likely problem could be the fibre discs getting their teeth chewed off. If so, they will need to be replaced. Email me for a link to a parts breakdown if interested.
