I know where to drain the rear end but where do I fill it on my 47 H when you drain the rear end does it also drain the tranny? Will a wide front off of an M fit on an H?

Thank you y'all are always helpful.

There is a large plug on top of the operators platform just right of the shifter, fill it there, and yes,it does drain the transmission. There were some posts long ago about having to do something with the belt pulley gearbox to get it to drain, maybe someone else can help you more with that.

The H has 2 drain plugs. One small one at the front of the diff and one bigger one at the rear by the draw bar. It takes 6 gals of oil. I thought that was alot until I did my 400.

I was told that you can make a M front fit a H. Some drilling would be in order. Never done it my self so dont know for sure.
