I finally finished my 3-year F-14 restoration and updated the web page on it. Here’s the link for anyone who might be interested.

Tim,

That is one fine looking tractor. I have been sort of following your progress.

My F-14 is in the shop right now with nothing but the frame sitting on the dolly. We already have the engine done.

Hope it comes out as good as yours.

I am going so far as to put the axles and other shafts in the lathe and grinding out the groove where the seals run. Then I fill the groove with JB Weld and grind it back down smooth.

Dan

Tim,

I just read your webpage cover to cover, word for word.

That is one great tractor and she is outshown only by the guy who brought 'er back.

What a story! We here are all very proud of you.

Tim....that is one awesome story. I showed it to my wife, so she could realize there is others with the tractor sickness worse than me! I see you got parts from Charlie....are you in NY...I'm in Honeoye Falls

I'd love to see that tractor....plan on any shows?

Take Care
Steve

Tim, I have kept your sight in my favorite places and view it from time to time. Wow what a project. You should win some type of patience award for this tractor.

Looks great and I can only imagine the time and money expended. My dad bought a new F-14 in September, 1939 (with road gear yet) It had dual tires on the rear which he later replaced with 40 inch rubber. My brother, Paul, still has the tractor at Laredo, Mo
