My 966 has just started having a problem. When shifting to 3rd or 4th high ta in forward postion it acts as if it has the ta pulled into low, then if you pull the ta back and then forward everything is fine. This only occurs when the tractor has been ran for a while and the hy-tran has heated up. What could the cause of the problem be.

If I understand you right it sounds like your direct drive clutches are slipping because of low hydraulic pressure. Is your tellight on the dash working? If the light is not burnt out it should lite when your pressure drops.
